There was gravity there, gravity to the words that fell from Liam's lips. They carried on the ocean spray and he turned to look at that profile, at the way that the melancholy clung to him. In a way he could imagine that they were in some novel, something that transcended the ocean and to windswept moors and brooding darkness; even though at this moment the sun burst through in fits through fluffy clouds.
