It was something that would pull between them until they acted on it-- the Priest so close to sin, his soul so ripe for the taking; he had taken vows and that bright pure flame within him was like candy to those who seeked to devour it. At this moment, there was nothing to be done-- they were on a collision course like two asteroids who would eventually crash, and then twining flames to the ground within their own hubris.
